I'm Bob and I'm here with my friend Stan.  I'm a skull and he's a gargoyle and we live on a shelf in Elaines office.  Not just any shelf, but smack dab in the middle of her books.  See, she has two bookcases the go from the ceiling three quarters of the way down the wall. They are full of books.  What better place for otherworldly literary creatures such as ourselves to be?  Since we spend time reading all these books we were able to convince Elaine that Miss Lucy shouldn't be the only one on the site, beside Elaine, of course. :)  So check this page often and you never know when we'll be reviewing a new book. or an old favorite.

We read this book because we heard Elaine talking about it and laughing so much as she read it.  Boy are we glad we did.
Jazz is smart and sexy.  Loyal and protective and she loves Nick, despite all they've been through.  He loves her as well. 
A cast of characters including the fluffiest (killer) bunny slippers since Monty Python, Krebs, her mortal roommate, Irma, a nagging ghost inhabiting her sports car and her sister witches make this a fantastic read.

This is the first book in Linda's Hex Series about Jazz and her sister witches.  The next book, Hex Appeal will be available October 1st and I have a feeling we're going to have to wrestle this from Elaine before we can read it.
